Google released its eBook store provides over 3 million eBooks to read on the Web, Android, iPhone, iPad, Sony and Nook.

Google eBooks is available in the United States and is compatible with phones running Android 2.1 (Eclair) or later.

“In addition, we offer nearly 3 million free ebooks from the public domain. You can browse some of our most popular free classics in the store using our “Free Classics” shelf.”
